How does it work?
Fish Oil Concentrate is rich in Omega 3 Polyunsaturated Essential Fatty Acids (PUFAs). Fatty acids found in fish oils are Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA).

What is the recommended OMEGA 3 serving?
Take 2 servings per day to help support healthy blood lipids. A minimum dose of two (2) servings is recommended.
Take a minimum of one (1) serving to support cognitive health and brain function.
Take a minimum of five (5) servings along with conventional therapy to help reduce pain from rheumatoid arthritis.
What is the maximum daily dose?
Adults can take two (2) capsules with a meal and water. The maximum daily capsules for adults is eight (8) servings.
