Dotted Condoms for moods.  A company called Moods Condoms produces condoms from natural rubber latex.  HLL Lifecare Limited, an initiative of the Government of India, produces it.  In 1966, HLL was founded with the intention of manufacturing condoms for the National Family Planning Program.
