  How to use:

  • Apply?ÿthe wrist cuff following the cuff wrapping guide.
  • Sit correctly.
  • Press the start/stop button.
  • The wrist cuff will start to inflate automatically.
  • Undo the wrist cuff and remove the unit.
  • Press the start/stop button to turn off the monitor.
  • The monitor automatically stores the measurement in its memory. It will automatically turn off after two minutes.
