Salinose Plus Nasal Spray is a buffered isotonic nasal saline solution that reduces nasal congestion, loosens sticky nasal discharge (particularly when treating colds), and makes nose cleaning easier.  It softens nasal scabs and crusts.  Salinose Plus Nasal Spray's key constituents include sodium bicarbonate and sodium chloride, which work together to temporarily relieve blocked nasal passages caused by sinusitis, allergies, rhinitis, congestion, and postnasal drip.  Both sodium salts operate together to generate moisture in the nasal cavity, allowing the thick mucus to be easily evacuated.
