For the treatment of respiratory conditions, the Beurer IH21 Inhalator Nebulizer for Adults and Children uses compressed-air technology. The upper and lower respiratory tracts can be treated using this nebulizer, which is a device for nebulizing liquids and liquid medications (aerosols). The device can be used at home for inhalation. As directed by a physician, medications should only be breathed. It is best to inhale in a comfortable and peaceful environment. To allow the medication to enter the tiny bronchi deep within the lungs, take a slow, deep breath. Take a normal breath out. In the unit, use only distilled water or a saline solution in addition to the medication. Defects in the atomizer or nebulizer may result from other liquids.
