  How to use:

  • Lie baby on back and tilt head back
  • Hold the bottle upside down and direct into the right nostrils
  • Angle the bottle away from the centre of the nose pointing towards the right ear
  • Squeeze into nostrils
  • Hold baby in this position for 1-2 minutes to give the saline time to thin the mucus
  • Repeat in the left nostril
  • Alternatively, the bottle may be used upright as a spray
