Sovical is used to prevent & treat vitamin D and calcium deficiency in the elderly. This medicine works by slowing down the process of old bone growth, which provides the bone-forming cells time to reconstruct a healthy bone. This medicine helps to maintain the bone structure. Sovical is also used to treat osteoporosis patients who are at risk of vitamin D and calcium deficiency.

Directions of Use:

Take this medication with a large glass of water during or after a meal. If it is a chewable tablet, it must be chewed before swallowing. It comes as a tablet to take by mouth, with or without food.
