Betadine Cooling Menthol & Eucalyptus Sore Throat Lozenges 24s

In addition to effectively relieving sore throats, betadine antibacterial lozenges aid in the removal of bacteria that can lead to mouth and throat infections.  These lozenges are intended to relieve the discomfort brought on by tonsillitis, sore throats, and other inflammatory disorders of the mouth and throat.  Each lozenge includes 1.2 mg of dichlorobenzyl alcohol and 600 mcg of amylmetacresol, which both have anesthetic and antibacterial qualities to ease discomfort.  Amylmetacresol is an antiseptic that is primarily used to treat mouth and throat infections, whereas dichlorobenzyl alcohol is a mild antiseptic that has a broad spectrum of action against bacteria and viruses associated with these infections.
