Adol Extra Caplets are used to treat a variety of ailments, including fever, cold, flu, headache, period pain, and ear pain.  The active components in Adol Extra Caplets are paracetamol and caffeine anhydrous.  By raising the pain threshold and promoting sweating, heat loss, and blood flow through the skin, Adol Extra Caplets reversibly inhibit the activity of adenosine on its receptor.
