I purchased a bottle containing 100 Selenium tablets. However, there were no clear instructions or information provided regarding the manufacturing date or expiry date at the time of purchase.

Upon receiving the product, I noticed that it had a refrigeration sticker attached to it. Unfortunately, the product was not delivered refrigerated and was warm when it arrived.

After opening the product and checking the expiry date, I was surprised to find that it expires in October 2026. Since the recommended dosage is one tablet per day, I will not be able to use all 100 tablets before the expiry date. Approximately 30 tablets will remain unused, which results in a financial loss for the customer.

Furthermore, the product information on your website does not clearly state the remaining shelf life of the product at the time of purchase. For a product containing 100 tablets and intended for daily use, customers would reasonably expect sufficient time to use the full quantity before the expiry date.

I would therefore appreciate your clarification regarding:

Why a product with such a short remaining shelf life was supplied without clear prior notice.
Why the product was not delivered under the refrigeration conditions indicated on the packaging.
What solution you can offer regarding the approximately 30 tablets that I will not be able to use before the expiry date.
