HOW TO PREPARE S-26 GOAT MILK 2: WARNING: Unboiled water, unboiled bottles or incorrect dilution can make your baby ill. Incorrect storage, handling, preparation and feeding can potentially lead to adverse effects for the health of your baby. 1- Wash your hands before preparing baby’s formula. 2- Wash bottle, teat and cap thoroughly until no milk remains. 3- Boil for five minutes. Leave covered until use. 4- Boil drinking water for five minutes; allow to cool. 5- Consult feeding table, pour exact amount of lukewarm water into the bottle. 6- Only use scoop from this container and level using inner rim. 7- Consult feeding table, add exact number of level scoops for age of baby. 8- After use, store the spoon on suspension inside the can as shown. 9- Cap bottle and shake well until powder is fully dissolved. To be consumed within one hour. 10- Close tin tightly after each use and store it in a cool and dry place. Must be used within 3 weeks after opening. • Use only the enclosed scoop. Using more or less powder than indicated will either lead to dehydration or deprive your baby of proper nutrition. Do not change proportions without medical advice. * It should not be used to feed infants younger than 6 months of age. • Infants older than 6 months require supplemental foods in addition to formula. ** At this age, the infant’s diet becomes more diversified (cereals, baby foods). The amount and number of S-26 GOAT MILK 2 feeds per day will be determined by baby’s age, appetite and amount of solid food consumed. Consult your doctor before introducing any new food to baby’s diet. • Expiration date / Manufacturing date printed on bottom of can. • Avoid prolonged storage at excessive temperatures. Keep in a cool and dry place. WARNING: Prepare only one bottle or cup at a time. Feed immediately and follow the instructions exactly. Do not keep unfinished bottle or cup; discard the contents. Always hold baby while feeding. Leaving baby unattended may cause choking. As soon as baby is old enough replace bottle with a feeding cup. There can be certain circumstances, beyond our control, where you could receive a damaged/defective Product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We shall replace the product with the same Products as per the order, at no extra cost. Where Products are not damaged/defective we will only accept return of certain Products on a case by case basis under these Terms. The return process for Products ordered throughMed7E-Platforms can be amended by us, in our sole discretion and may depend on the nature and category of the product ordered.
Conditions for Return
Please notify us of receipt of a damaged/defective Product(s) within maximum 48 hours of delivery of the Product.
Products to be returned must be in the same condition as you received them, including keeping hygienic seals. Unless required by law, used or opened products will not be replaced under any circumstances.
Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
It is advised that the returned packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
Please contact our Customer Service Team to arrange for collection of your return. One of our drivers or shipping partners will pick up your return. Once collected your return will be inspected by us to determine if the return is acceptable.
Refunds
Once we have found the basis for the return acceptable, in our sole opinion and the Product has been received byMed7 E-Platforms, then the refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order. Order paid by cash will be returned within one day & Orders paid by credit/debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/debit card within 15 workings days. However, We shall not be responsible for the delay in refund due to delay in processes of banks. For all other modes of payment, a refund will be made by way of cheque payable to the person named on our invoice and as provided at the time of order within 7 working days.
