How to Use

• Blow your nose before use. Gently insert the nozzle into one nostril while tilting your head to the side and press the spray. Repeat in the other nostril. Allow the solution to work for a few seconds before blowing your nose. Sinomarin recommends 1–3 sprays per nostril, 2–3 times daily, or according to your physician's instructions. Wash the nozzle with warm water and dry after use.
